Kirsty has enjoyed a diverse career spanning 27 years in the Early Childhood Sector in NSW and Queensland. From lead educator, kindergarten mentor, director and most recently as a Kindy Uplift Advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business (Philanthropy and Non-Profit). Kirsty is deeply committed to celebrating the invaluable contribution of its workforce.
